Soul Hackers on 3DS is the best of the classic style SMT with a cyberpunk setting to it, Nocturne's a good choicebut personally I hate it because I think the setting is really flat and don't think the story or characters develop in any cool way, it's just pure gameplay, and I think DDS is one of the best because it's not clunky and does great in all areas (story, characters, gameplay, music, etc).
