I'm looking for a game with a good character creator.
Something that allows me to make 10/10 wai - fus.AA2 and 3DCM2 aren't what I'm looking for
Dragon's Dogma is pretty good. I've seen people do some crazy stuff in that game.

It's the same skin, the shape stays the same based on what class you chose and you can only make a 18~24yo girl as far as age looks.

Plenty of different skin colors, each individual area of the face can be manipulated and there are wrinkle and muscle options if you want to be an old woman for whatever reason.

Not really, he's right. Did you even try it yourself? Yeah you can create some abominations like this, but each archetype will always look like the archetype. Even the one you posted still resembles the archetype, it's just fucked up. Feel free to post a non-old Wizard for example.
When I saw the videos the customisation seemed amazing, but what it really is is a billion sliders that only tweak tiny aspects. In regards to the face anyway.

If you are in for waifu then I don' see the problem with Artificial Everything, 3D Custome anything, and pretty much any illusion games with character creator.
Dragon's Dogma and Skyrim are actually pretty good but they don't give you the anime look. DD lolis are just horrifying
