I have no problem with this as long as it requires enemies constantly attacking the tank himself to raise his damage. That way DPS wouldn't be replaced by tanks because you could only really have one or two at a time compared to any number of DPS.

On live, it removes any and all loss of control effects.
In Legion, it only removes stuns and nothing else.

The Legion part is still correct, and the cooldown is unchanged. It's a 2 min cd, with a 30 sec shared cd with other CC breakers.
