I want to experience Japanese media in the original context but I'm afraid that ks not enough motivation for that hard work. I think you really need to be interested in everything Japanese to be able to do it. I'm always postponing it, even though my best friend studied the language and uses it every day for his work. If I start I can learn it in no time with his help. But I know I won't ;_;

Well for Japanese you have to learn Hiragana and Katakana, next use Tae Kim's Japanese guide and learn all 11 lessons of the basic grammar, personally his guide has a lot of gaps in it but it'll do you a lot of good, next using Anki flashcards learn all of the N5 Japanese vocabulary. Do that for starters

Internet is full of free or pirateable study materials and you'll learn much faster on your own, provided you're motivated. Many public courses in fact proceed much slower (especially if you pick some shit, one meeting per week course) and use very old learning methods.
1. realkana.com or google hiragana and katakana mnemonics (takes only from few days to two weeks to learn them all)
2. Tae Kim's Grammar Guide for most of your grammar needs
3. As you go through Tae Kim's guide also start studying kanji (the earlier the better), Heisig's RTK1 is good because it goes through them in the order of similarity for the most part, though it doesn't touch on their various readings. Download Anki and use RTK1 deck.
4. Download voiced Core 2000, 4000 etc. Anki decks, they'll teach some very basic vocab and kanji readings.
5. Start playing easy to understand Japanese games. If you're on PC download ITH, Translation Aggregator and set up JParser. Don't use the shitty machine translators, just JParser as a fast dictionary (Rikaichan is a similar add-on for Firefox).

7. Pass JLPT N1 (the highest level of international Japanese proficiency test meant to evaluate non-native speakers) and gloat about it on Chinese picture book forums
