I'm not against paid DLC at all, but when its obvious they cut something out of the game to sell later as DLC it really makes me hate the game.

I think DLC is perfectly fine, my problem is that so many games these days are just soulless husks made purely as cash grabs. LEGO Star Wars TFA feels like more of a labor of love than many new games, for example. There just isn't a lot of high quality games that can combine story and gameplay in a meaningful way.

I believe it was because parts of the open world map the game had going were closed off as DLC. The additional story I can't vouch for.

DLC should be price based on the level of new content verses the base game. Say the base game has 100 outfits. Then a DLC is released that adds 1 outfit. That DLC should cost no more than 1% of the base games price.
