I realize /v/ doesn't like it but I think Siege has some decent shotguns. I favor the pumps to the semi-autos, but they are somewhat effective at range and do heavy damage to walls and doors.

Am I blind, or is Brutal Doom not in that guide? Is there a reason for not including it? I was never into the original Doom series very much, but I enjoyed Doom 2016 and stumbled upon Brutal Doom shortly after. I thought it was pretty great, the shotguns especially.

I did a quick read on the drama and apparently a voice actor is concerned about racist comments in the code affecting his future career. The only voice acting I've heard was a few lines of idle banter from the marines and two player taunts. Both were pretty amateur so I had assumed it was the creator just doing placeholder audio.

It can help to aim for the head when you're at point-blank, unlike the Deprezador which can usually kill with a bodyshot. The double-shot is a great panic button against metastreums, though. Very little that isn't wearing armor will survive it.
