exactly. The twist was nice per se but it's obvious it didn't really work as planned. Should've been as the other games with a fixed camera tbqhwyf, maybe one that showed all three characters in all teams from a ground viewpoint so that it could work with Q team. Actually, it would've been amazing.
The game is told through Delta's perspective. In the Q sections you are looking directly through his eyes, in the other sections you are looking through his eyes in a similar fashion, just using his glasses to look through the camera's.
Play through a few scenes again. You'll notice that the other teams look more cinematic while Q team is more direct in its "filming".
When has Q ever told Eric his name was Sean? When has Eric and Mira ever called him Sean before Zero's reveal? Do I have amnesia or some shit I do not remember him ever saying that.
