SOTN has the best art direction of them all but is overrated and mediocre in every other sense.
Castlevania 1 is the best Castlevania on the NES.
Fuck Haunted Castle. Castlevania 64 sucks but is also charming as fuck and memorable.
Rest of the SOTN clones are forgettable. Lords of Shadow is irredeemable trash.
