The engine is shit and there are a lot of bugs but man that game was fun for some reason I'll never understand. Skyrim had some really nice scene scene scapes and music for 2011.
I also feel like that the VA was a step up from Oblivion in that they actually used VA's with accents ( Although it could be argued that its worse due to Dunmer having a strange ill-fitting Australian accent. )

Not so much the screenshot but the tone used, like the game isn't deserving of a good presentation score because in one instance your character has limited variation in response. Might I also add that this bit of dialogue onlt appears when you have finished the minutemens settlement misc questline, and you start doing the radiant quest system where the same couple quests can be repeated again and again for EXP and caps.
It's not like many people will ever have to reach that stage.

New Vegas' setting completely destroys 3 and 4s because it actually has background and history to it. The entire mojave has a meaningful history that gives something to the setting as a whole, that gives information about the factions and their interactions which in turn makes your own role have more relevance and meaning.
