RE5 didnt even get the recognition it deserved in the year it came out but it looked better than anything that year. Lip sync and facial animations were excelent.

Pretty fun, the FPS increase is very noticable, but there are scenes where it's not improved.

I was literally laughing at RE6's graphics. I think it's during the Leon storyline where you're like, going down a highway or something on a vehicle of some sort. Anyway, the textures of the walls on the highway looked like a PS1 game.

I can't remember if it eventually got patched on PC, but I do remember the time needed to react to QTEs was shortened, as it was tied to framerate. It was a pain in the ass on "mash" QTEs, where you effectively had to double your button output, or go back to the original framerate.

The one time I noticed the framerate wasn't as smooth as usual was during the QTE's against the motorcycle zombies.
Maybe they just run normal FPS through QTE scenes as a fix, instead of adjusting the time for the button input. That was RE5 though, not 4.

I didn't have a problem there. I want to say I had issues with the Ouroboros chase on the ship towards the end, or maybe my random (probably Slavic) online partner kept messing up. My breaking point in 4 was the end of the mine cart sequence, where it was basically impossible for me to pull Leon up from the pit until I dropped the frames down. But I played that port early, so I have no idea if that got fixed later.
