Elite Dangerous has one of the most gorgeous presentations I've ever seen. I wish more games would pit this much effort into ambient details

It's a small hidden area underground, that you enter through a manhole. I think it's in the Agroprom Stalker camp, in the middle of those big water tanks.
The guy (Hermit) has some interesting dialogue and a quest with really nice rewards.

Completely missed it in my cs playthrough. That manhole just leads to Agroprom underground in ogse, and it's probably absent from soc version of the map.

all of them but for the first vanilla playthrough just use wesp's patch and do not pick nosferatu

Had my first playthrough as nosferatu, don't see a big problem, you just use sewers instead of taxi, and have to stay away from generic NPCs and get called ugly a lot.
