Aesthetic-wise every boss in Dark Souls 2 except for DLC and Smelter bored me to death, so I guess most DS2 bosses "gave me trouble"

Played DaS2, 3, and BB so far. Blood-starved Beast has given me the most trouble out of all the bosses in those 3 games. Ironically, Laurence and Nameless King have been some of the easiest bosses in their games to me, yet seem to be praised as some of the hardest bosses. I just don't understand why people find them so hard when I've never had ANY trouble with them, even though I suck at the games.

Laurence had me held up for THREE days. Ive beat every souls game twice and ive never been held up on a boss so long.

Demon's Souls: Flamelurker, though I still have trouble with FKA
Dark Souls: Main game would be S&O but with the DLC would be Manus who is harder overall to me.
Dark Souls 2: Main game I honestly don't really remember too well, maybe the Throne Watcher and Defender. Including the DLC I'd go with the Fume Knight
Bloodborne: I only played with 10 vit and in the main game I think that the Wet Nurse actually gave me the most trouble, it didn't help that I used short range weapons primarily (Kirkhammer and Tonitrus (though I ended up winning with the Holy Moonlight Sword)). As for the DLC and Chalice Dungeons I'm honestly not too sure, I'm tempted to say Laurence but I think that the Abhorrent Beast may actually win out.

In previous games there were maybe in total one or two bosses per game that REALLY gave me trouble, but now it seems like every other boss I encounter REALLY gives me trouble

yes. and the game still trickles with signs of life, i've helped 4 people beat bosses and was invaded twice today. but overall definitely a more isolated experience than the other souls games

You can get the claymore in the first area, High Wall of Lothric. It's on the walkway below where the dragon perches and breathes fire at you. It's excellent and can take you through the whole game, though pretty much any weapon can.
You could also buy the halberd from the old woman in Firelink
Dragon God, I still contend this is worse than Bed of Chaos

I probably died to Sulyvahn and Nameless King more but Dragonslayer Armor made me want to put my arm through the wall.
Haven't finished Bloodborne, so far Martyr Logarius. Mostly just because I didn't realize you actually had to hit him in the back when he's charging up, not just anywhere.
I'm late to the party, what's the result of the poise debate? Every fucking enemy can stagger me in one hit in knight armor right now
