Overwatch has some strong griefing potential at the moment, but you'll get banned once enough people report you.
If you have a friend, you can both go Mei and spam ice walls to trap your team in the spawn for the whole game. Each spawn has two entrances. Each Mei takes one entrance, blocks it with the wall, then quickly switches to another hero, then back to Mei. Reapply the wall, rinse and repeat.
Symmetra can also teleport people into pitfalls, but its tricky to find good spots.
You can also make people mad by playing Lucio (support) and staying on speed mode instead of healing.
