Decapre and Viper are locks. Sakura will get in because fan favorite. The story seems to really be building up for Necro and Twelve, with Eleven in Urien's story and the Illuminati being in Moscow (where Necro first encountered them and got mutated).
If there's more than six characters this time, Abel, Oro, Sean, Ed and Azam will get in. Don't know about Gill being playable.
