Underhell with all three chapters made with a good size budget on a modern engine

Stalker 2 that isn't dumbed down. A-Life is improved with even further simulation of things. Still hub based but hubs are large with both indoors and outdoors locations. Made on a stable engine using modern rendering tech.

X-COM Apocalypse made on a 3D engine with fully featured destruction like Silent Storm or even better. The politics between organizations is deeper than in the finished game and at least some of the cut features are added back in.
