People should be up in arms about releases like Persona 5 that goes from a Japanese A class cast to the bottom feeders of the American anime dub voices. But instead people just gobble it up and pretends like there isn't even anything wrong about it.

They don't... NoA's localisation team have been censoring a lot of stuff recently though.
I've never noticed anything particularly noteworthy until Tokyo Mirage Sessions and, while they made a lot of weird changes to it, it's still a good game anyway.

I like English voices too. When it's actually good.
But there are huge differences between something like the Souls games for instance where the English voices was the sole and primary focus. And with the expected time and resources of an element of such a priority.
Than the anime dub business of America where they just do whatever is cheap and affordable because fucks like you buy it anyway.
If you can give me a literal A class dub with voices Disney and whoever else would gladly use for their flagship endeavours. Then fine, I'd respect that.
