ITT: Games only you remember and of course will have enough anons pointing out they also played it and then you start to circlejerk about them

Pic related. Loved it, played it all the time back in the 90's. Sadly I never got it to run over the network so I could play it with friends, would've been an even bigger blast

Loved this game. It wasn't anywhere near being flawless, but it was just so much fun. I wish we got a game inspired by it.
There was that shitty mobile game GamerGate funded, but I want an actual real game.

It even ended with some sort of sequel hook. Real shame, because I loved the hell out of this game and played it for years.

Only real big flaw was that you couldn't visit earlier levels with ghosts you've unlocked in later levels. That would've been even more fun. But god damn the whole premise of the game and how they've executed it is so unique and nice, it needs more unique games like that.

To be fair, when the developers realized that the game sold poorly and there was never gonna be a sequel, they actually worked on making a free DLC expansion with one level that concludes the story, which I thought was really nice of them.

Then they never made a game ever again and nearly all of them left the game development business ;_;

I got it with my GBC at my birthday, but I also got pokèmon gold at the same time. So you can kinda guess how much I played this game.

>Obviously it's Tin Tin
>call it Tim in Tibet

What's the deal? Did they run into licensing issues?
>>
>>343759561
Seems to be the German cover, I guess in their language Tin Tin sounds bad so they localized it?

>Calling Tintin Tim
The fuck?
With that said, I also played this game and I remember being really happy when I finally beat it. I think I had to use codes because I was a dipshit kid, though.

It had some sort of gimmick where it was a 2D game but you could shift from two different positions. It was a clever little game.

This. He's called Tim here.

i.E. Scrooge McDuck is called Dagobert Duck in Germany, and Huey, Dewey and Louie are called Tick, Trick, Track

I doubt many remember this one, but it was bizarrely fun. You could even build your own monsters from scratch... provided you can draw accurately enough with a control stick.

Think Spore, but as an action platformer/beatemup.... and not shit.

This game was pretty fun. Played it on GC and a local roller rink had an arcade cabinet for it.

The jap version had an upload option to share shit, they went wild with it, too bad so much time has passed and many of the sites archiving that stuff have gone down at this point, there's a shitload of amazing stuff that i didn't think would be possible to do in that, but they found a way.

I remember playing that a friend's place when I was 5. Also we watched his older brother play Super Metroid.
