The "air filters" on the case help out with that. I can remove them without opening the case. Makes cleaning fairly simple. Also don't have my case directly on the rug, but on a piece of glass. Plus my PC isn't too heavy for me. The size is more awkward for carrying than the actual weight.

Yes, it was summer 2015, I used it for a ton of shit, now I uninstalled everything except for Hearthstone. I realized I don't want to play old games, and new games are shit, most of them.

Thought I was going to have buyers remorse, until it was discovered that the card doesn't really overclock past 2.2 and you can do that on stock fans EASY.

Speccy and most other hardware monitor programs are buggy, if you want to have the actual temperature then you would have to enter your pc's bios interface to make sure its overheating and not a glitch in software communication.

Honestly, I can understand the sentiment of not wanting to learn how things work and just paying someone else to assemble it for you, but honestly, you do NOT need to spend so much fucking money on all of those components. SLI is shit to begin with. An i5 paired with a 1070 or even a r9 390 or (non reference) rx 480 will play games beautifully for years to come. TWO 1080s with meme cooling is beyond overkill. It's possible to find a prebuilt with similar specs if you understand that you will pay a premium for something that can literally be assembled in an hour or two with no experience.

The next "cycle" of triple AAA games will sit right around 1080p/60/everything MAX on a 1070.
Most of the benchmarks for games like W3 and RotTR are done with a 5820k. Which adds like 10 frames.
My 2500k OC gets about 70-75 average FPS in W3, but drops to 55-60 in CPU heavy areas.

No it was 5 months AFTER the 3 yr warranty. So almost 3 and a half years without a single problem (not even a single bad sector), and all of a sudden the drive starts locking up randomly. Several GB of data was corrupted without warning. After a week of trying to rescue shit off it, the disk wouldn't even boot without locking up. A 4 hour chkdsk session found that at least 10% of the drive was fucking annihilated, and god knows how much was simply inaccessible without the disk simply freezing.

Im pretty busy is the issue, i did look into doing it myself but when i saw all the issues of compatibility, overclocking, cooling etc. I realized it wasnt as easy as choosing good parts and fixing them in and by the time i worked it all out, newer parts would be around and id have to start again.
I just want an absolutely top end computer that i wont have to worry about again for years, preferably playing 1440 at 1ms refresh

Overclocking is a meme and is not necessary. Just get a non founders edition card and it will come factory overclocked. Air cooling is fine for the cpu. It literally is as easy as choosing good parts and jamming them in a case.

My living expenses totaled roughly 30 thousand dollars a year.
Even after tax and luxury expenses I was able to put away over 15 thousand dollars each year for 6 years.
The roughly 100 thousand I had saved was more than enough for a deposit and I had paid off the rest of the house only 3 years after that due to the reduced living expenses of not having to pay rent.
I'm already working on a second property right now, should take just a few more years to save the necessary cash. That property will be my first rental property. After that my equity will continue to snowball and in about 10 years I will have multiple properties and enough income from rent to retire whenever I want.
If you can somehow spend 60 grand in a year without having dependents then you are wasting your money to an absurd degree.
