Fallout 4™ is a fantastic RPG but you really ought to separate it from Skyrim™ as Fallout 4™ is a shooter and Skyrim™ is a fantasy-based RPG, making it the more traditional of the two titles.
In short, Skyrim™ is the biggest RPG, and Fallout 4™ is the biggest RPG with the footnote that it has guns. Many guns, in fact. Have you checked out the extensive Weapon Modification System, or WMS™?
