No one bothers to compress their audio.
Uncompressed audio of multiple languages
Most games are console ports and since both consoles use bluray devs don't need to bother with compressing their games.
Also some of it is just more data and better textures but a lot of games have stupid bloat like uncompressed audio in multiple languages.

Games like GTAV are ridiculously big, there's no compression to help deter pirating.
Blu Ray discs made devs too lazy to optimize and compress so shit can actually run well on consoles. Add to that they use the bulky console shit and just make it functional when porting it to PC and you got yourself a 50GB shitfest.
