I actually like Skyrim. I think it's one of the best ROLEPLAYING games of all times, if you strictly go by roleplaying elements.
There's an incredible amount of replayability with the mods on PC. The lore is strong, and some of the characters are pretty cool. I love the use of guilds and various factions with purposes, something I didn't see in Witcher 3.
I think the combat is decent if you mod it, especially if you're playing either a magic build or as a stealth archer.

Demon souls's hub based world is best.
Nintendo will never leave their safe zone and release something ground breaking.
