Its an older game anon, you can't expect modern graphics from it. There's tons of mods for visuals and atmosphere. It looks like you're running the game on a TI-85 calculator so that could be the majority of your issue.

Start with shadow of Chernobyl and try an atmosphere mod. Keep the game as vanilla as possible. Do your research next time buddy, even when they came out the stalker games looked a little ridiculous but there's nothing else like them and if graphics are your biggest complaint you need to get your priorities straightened out
