Hanzo - For the weeb who is "learning" Japanese, but in reality studies for maybe 3 days then gives up for two months. For the weeb who "respects" Japanese culture and therefore plays a respectful Japanese man, unlike Genji the filthy half-breed robot.
Genji - For the failed blacks who, instead of embracing their culture and joining a gang, instead choose to indulge in Dragon Ball Z, Gundam and Naruto. But still listen to the occasional rap music on the side.

The only time I've ever gotten a kill as Hanzo was yesterday when me and the team I was on went full mememode full Hanzo and I killed a prestige Genji running out of spawn with a single scattershot which was pretty funny desu.
I've only spent 10 minutes as Widowmaker and I couldn't fucking kill anyone but the team thought that someone else was the reason for our team losing. It's also fucking demoralizing when a mei 360 rmb headshots you after you miss a shot.
I've probably spent 15 hours playing Genji but no matter how fucking sneakybeaky or annoying or rules of nature I try to be I cannot fucking reliably hit anyone with the lmb at medium range.

In almost 500 games of QP and comp (skill 55) combined I've only seen one Genji actually use his melee to kill low health enemies, instead of trying to hit with M2 spam while waiting for the dash to come back.
Because those 3 characters actually take skill. Some people would like to get good at those instead of facerolling with the majority of the roster.
I don't actually play genji that much but hes one of my favorites to play.Mostly because he reminds me of the commando characters from SMNC like a mix between captain spark and assassin.I want to swing around the map with wascot's hook again
