how is this for pc gaming? tired of all the problems i have using a DS4 as my pc controller and just want something with more streamlined capability with win 10
I've had issues getting it to work on Windows 7 despite Microsoft saying it is supported now. Not sure what the hell is up with it, but I need to play around with it.

I use Win10. No problem whatsoever. The headphone jack makes this the best controller for win10 overall.
The newer xbone pads (the models that will release alongside the color customs/xbone s)
will have bluetooth support
I've heard to wait until this Bluetooth model is out. I've used an Bone controller a couple times and hated the triggers and bumpers, but supposedly that's been fixed.
I just stick with a wired 360 controller. I still think it's the best controller out there right now, and they're less than $30 on Amazon I think.

Win10 fag with XBO, 360, DS4 and DS3 gamepads here.
XBO pad is good as long as you want to use it for modern games like Dark Souls or whatever.
The dpad will make it poor for classic 2D emulation.
If you're okay with this, get one.
Also try to get the newest revision because it includes bluetooth now.
A new wireless proprietary adapter can cost $30, a BT dongle can cost $3.
And those proprietary adapters DO break on their own, they're not that well made.

now there actually is a reason to choose it because the newest model has both BT and wireless 2.4Ghz.
Also you can just plug any headphones into the 3.5mm jack to get the audio from your PC.
had a problem installing the drivers cause theyre not available anywhere online aside from megalinks in youtube descriptions because microsoft wants you to do it thru windows update but it didnt do it

I own DMC4 but haven't tried it.
The dpad is better than the 360 but it's not good for anything that uses the dpad for movement.
It's very similar to the 3DS's dpad if you've use that one.
For just basic item selection, toggles and so on (what most modern games use the DPAD for) it's perfectly good.

I used windows 7. I've used it on ePSX, p64, VBA, zsnes, and various games on steam. Never had a single issue, it's always detected, and rebinding keys in emulators is easy.

It is still a bit bigger than DS4. I am not that anon, but I got pretty small hands and DS4's thumbsticks are just right while Xbone requires me to reach out a little.
