if you use a wifi get a 25 meter ethernet cabel and use that.
if you dont want to get a 25 meter ethernet cabel get a pair of powerline adaptors and use that.
if you use ethernet/powerline then get a better isp

I never buy digital on console. Certainly not on PS3. A year ago I had a 100mb connection and it was no faster than my 10 these days. Plus I've sold every game I've bought so far except Bloodborne.

For a non meme answer, do what I did.
Buy a monitor, place it right next to the router and plug the PS4 in to the monitor. Then plug an ether net cable into the router. Boom, 20 times faster.
No idea why the PS4 is so slow. My Wii U acts just fine but the PS4 fucking hates the intenet for some reason...

I waited for the full 40(?) gb download but I'm sure opening it early lets you play one or two missions then tells you to sit the fuck down and wait.
Personally I dislike how you have to hit options and open Information to see the actual download status.

Shake the cable really hard. If you don't shake the data loose periodically it builds up and hardens in the cable tubes, causing them to narrow.
