The origin of ichigo's powers.
Ichigo's mother was a Quincy (a super human). She was infected by an artificial hollow (an evil ghost) while in a fight. She would have died, so she had the infection contained by linking her soul with a shinigami.
She then had sex with the shinigami, which birthed Ichigo, a half shinigami half human baby. But the hollow infection consumed the shinigami powers, causing them to be one and the same. And since zanpakuto are specially created shinigami weapons based off of hollow powers, the hollow avatar was able to create a special shinigami weapon for Ichigo by itself. This should normally be impossible.
BUT, the quincy powers have a avatar which is a manifestation of the old Quincy king. The manifestation locked the hollow avatar and hijacked Ichigo's powers because Quincy are the enemies of Shinigami and Hollows. There was constant struggle which cause massive fluctuations in Ichigo's power.
He eventually found a balance between everything.
He now has two weapons: One for the hollow and one for the quincy. His soul is a Shinigami. And it all fits into a human body.

Disney and Final Fantasy both took a back seat after KH 2. The story focuses more on the original characters now. I've thought for the longest time that Nobodies were a new entity created at the death of a person, just like a Heartless. But apparently it's the same body, just without the heart ?
Because i always thought Xehanort (well, Terranort) and Xemnas were two different entities, and that Terranort was just hiding during KH2 and that he would come back later.
So, Xemnas is Terranort's body ? If that's it, why Xemnas doesn't look like Terranort at all ?
Another question, kind of the same but with Sora/Roxas
If the Nobody of a person is the same body, so... Roxas is in Sora's body ? That took Ven's appearance ? So what is Sora then ?

Did you play Birth By Sleep? Terranort is Terra's body taken over by Master Xehanort. Xehanort really just changed his coloring and they've since changed the models so that all 4 look more alike.

Sora was pretty much a walking heart up until his fusion back with Roxas in KH2. Kairi being a POH pretty much just washed the Darkness coat off of him.

The Ansem notes in KH2 basically say, "Hearts, don't have to explain shit" when talking about Roxas an Namine.
Kairi's heart was in Sora's body when Sora fell to darkess, so the nobody that formed for Kairi was weird as all hell.
Sora had an extra heart in his body, and Sora still had his mind in the heartless. And then Kairi restored Sora's body using her Maiden Magic. This made Roxas have no memories, and the extra heart went with him changing his appearance.

When Terra-Xehanort came to Radiant Garden he lost his memories and was just Xehanort
they're still one in the same, I guess Terra-Xehanort just aged some when he ended up in Radiant Garden
Xehanort basically became Master Ansem's apprentice and helped him with his experiment to repress darkness in hearts along with Ansem's 5 helpers Braig (who still has his memories and tries to help Xehanort remember who he is), Dilan, Even, Aeleus and Ienzo (all organization members eventually)
Xehanort then wanted to go further in the experiments and did so in the lab under the castle with his 5 assistants eventually creating heartless
later on mickey showed up and talked to ansem about darkness and shit which xehanort overheard and learned about the keyblade and the rest writes itself

This is a noted issue in 3D and we don't know exactly what's going on with Terranort/Terra's body due to potential inconsistencies/contradictions that 3D brings to the lore if you go with some explanations/not everything being told straight up. You'll have at least 2 different answers/theories on what happened in that scene. Nomura being vague about it in subsequent interviews doesn't help.
