Looking forward to it. Enjoyed Titanfall 1 a lot even if I got burned out on it fairly fast. I'm buying it for the single player campaign alone and the multiplayer is the bonus.
I hope they fix the only issue I had with the first game, which was not enough content and no real meaningful way to customize anything or any progress system. Everything seems to point out that they addressed this, so I'm happy. The gameplay was perfect.

The fact that they're seem to be adding a lot more titans and fleshing them out already gets me excited. The first game had literally the 3 most basic and boring sort of 'character' tropes for them, which was the 'tanky but slow' titan, 'fast but fragile' and the 'balanced' one. I hope I can paint them this time.

Titans seemed far too squishy in the released footage so far. We've seen a titan go down with one missile, and we've seen one go nuclear within ten seconds of calldown. Fix this and it's fine.

8v8 is better, but I was perfectly happy with 6v6. It can get pretty fucking chaotic when there's 12 Titans running around the map.

The only people who complain about the smart pistol are shitters. If you're not running on walls and getting in and out of buildings and titans, while also not paying attention to your surroundings or anything, you deserve to die. It takes like an eternity to lock on a pilot. Also, cloak is a thing.

That's great. Cosmetic DLC is the way to go. No DLC of course would be preferable, but at least it doesn't give people who pay any kind of advantage or split the community, like they did with maps on the first game. So far everything they announced seem to show that they learned from the mistakes, and that the game has a shot at surviving for more than a month this time. I just hope it doesn't get fucked by other releases.
