They're moving away from the "Wii" brand.
It won't be an overclocked Wii U and it won't be backwards compatible, it won't have an iteration of the Wii U gamepad in any form and won't be portable.
They COULD POTENTIALLY release some Wii U remasters, but for now there is zero reason to believe that other than rumors from attention whores on twitter. And expecting Bayonetta out of anything is ridiculously stupid.
