Dojima was never intended to be the killer, nor was Yukiko. The staff's comment on Dojima's initial design was "It looks like he just got out of jail himself, not like he puts people in!" and this was taken out of context. You can see the comment in the corner of the page of Dojimas section in the P4 design works. Yukiko being the killer is people talking out of their ass and similar to the vein of any IT member being the killer because the actual killer is a foil to the IT. Only thing known is that Adachi was initially a red herring, but was changed to the killer. We don't know who initially was the killer, but we know it's not any of the IT/Dojima.
