Fallout 4. Since buying it, back in December, I've played it for maybe 13 hours, with 2-3 of those hours focused on the settlement building. Whenever I try to start it back up, I sit there with a 1000-yard stare on my face for 5 minutes as the dumbass load screen shows me a shitty model, and then shut it back down. Magicite claims that it was complete, slapped the 1.0 onto the game. And exited Early Access.
But as it turns out, it's been arguable whether or not the game was even feature complete to begin with. The features in the game are so incredibly barebones it's ridiculous. There are lots of items and stuff in the game that flat out have no purpose whatsoever because they weren't finished yet are still in the game. And there is pretty much no polish of any aspect anywhere in the game.
As it turns out, the developer left the project to work on a sci-fi clone of Magicite by the name of Roguelands. And work on that instead of actually completing Magicite. Yet slapped the 1.0 onto Magicite and had it leave Early Access. It's shit.
I have to say that I like the core concept and mechanics of both games though. It certainly has potential. But to claim that it's finished? What a fucking joke. If only I had realized it was an incomplete mess prior to having played two hours of the game I would have refunded that game instantly.

You should play the game in full to have an actually weighing opinion though. Eg. guns being OP is something that fits in SMT 1&2 critique, but nowhere in 4. If you'd seen any late game builds (or played late game) you'd already know this.
Lots of the mechanics were interesting, but I didn't really have a point where I thought "hey, this is fun!"
It almost seems to punish you for going loud and lethal but at the same time the stealth mechanics are incredibly typical crouch behind box kind of shit.
Also, the story didn't captivate me and I tried but failed to give a shit about the protagonist.
