Zenyatta and Dva are both super situational, but outside of high-level meta you can still make them work. Plus, both are slated to get buffs, so it's sorta like training with weights on, once the buffs arrive you can take them off and go full anime.

Her ult is a shittier mcree ult that is extremely easy to dodge, her damage is mediocre, her shield is decent but it's a shitty cone and doesn't lets you shoot during it, only really good ability is her boosters BUT THEY DO 25 DAMAGE

If you want to play d.va as a flanker semi tank you can't tank for shit against decent players because they know of your huge critbox and you don't do enough damage either, might as well pick a genji if you want to be a sneay fuck that lasts for a while.
Not to mention she doesn't charges ult when dead because she charges call mech, she gets revived without mech in mercy ult, her critbox being immense.
She just has so many problems from so many angles, she doesn't do anything nor excels at anything, she doesn't even comes close to being decent at something.
All she does can be done better by other heroes.
