Last bundle was pretty great, The Rocket League, The Forrest, Wasted and everyone's game of the month, Cat Girl Without Salad.
I also like the Mad Max one, Mad Max is a pretty great tie in game I probably wouldn't have bothered looking at, and I love Crawl, however only local it still disappointingly is.
I'd say the worst one so far was the Stick of Truth/This War of Mine one. Both great games but both games everybody already owns.

Kentucky Route 0 has gotten a fair bit of coverage for a game of it's kind, so good or bad it's not really a "literally who" game. Yes, a way for Activision to nickle and dime you instead of just releasing a full product at a reasonable price. They might call it a " Multiplayer Starter Pack", but what it really is is just a way for them to get you to pay for what would have amounted to shareware in the past.
And besides, why the fuck do the people at Humble think subscribers are only made up of multiplayer kids? Sure, include a multiplayer game, but the early release should offer something accessible to people without constant internet connection/interest in social gaming.

Well, 15 full price makes it the cheapest early unlock.
All of the bundles have had about the same total, full-price value (according to them, not bothering to check all of them).
This means a higher value from the hidden games, and they may think that they are playing it safe showing a popular AAA franchise early (even if it's "starter" shit).
