Not quite anon. As shit as Re;Birth1 is, remember that it is a massively overhauled remake. The first Neptunia was much, much worse. As in, letting your party faint too many times locks you out of the good end kind of worse.

It gets slightly better when you unlock more stuff (characters, dungeons, and most importantly, combos and skills). I thought the game was garbage when I started, and near the end I think it's kind of alright.
Still not groundbreaking, but it would be a lie to call it an outright bad game. Also change the voices to Japanese, makes things much more bearable.
