Let's be honest, we can all make fun of him for being a "cuck" and putting a nigger in his movie because his wife told him to, but that's really all the flaws we can find of him.
His movie was shit, I think even he knows this. It was some shitty immature idea he probably thought up when he was in his 20's. But at least he got it done. There are tons of wannabe movie producers who never get their movie completed even after years of work and thousands spent.
He has a stable job in the film industry and works a legitimate job and has legitimate skills. He isn't a goddamn camwhore like all these other burnouts we've seen that shit out videos out of spite just to receive a paycheck.

It was transgressive humor. In the context of true video game horror, it was quite funny. I think most of the people who don't get the humor probably never played most of the games that James reviewed. After a while he really did start to reach the bottom of the barrel, but games like Contra or Ninja Gaiden, I think it's easy to see that they were bullshit, and he voiced our opinions correctly.
