Should I get a laptop for gaming or should I try my hand at building a PC. I figure I could probably youtube a tutorial or something but is there some sort of guide for the parts I should get?

Ok
Clearly you don't need it to be portable , so it's stupid to get a laptop

I actually do need to be somewhat portable, I go to college in a different state than my own. But, I was thinking I could get it shipped to my school.

Should I upgrade my PC, or get over $600 worth of takoyaki?
>>343330936
How do they make them like this?
>>343332096
I mean, if you have to ask such things; your hand is probably to stupid to build a PC.

This is entirely possible. Do you know any hand tutors, by any chance?

>>343333197
Well, I can see why you'd have this opinion. In my case, it probably was not the best decision. However, I can still turn it around and come out half-way decent.

Buy a desktop for gaming, cheap Lenuvo or something for work/school. Cheaper in the long run and also won't make it as easy for you to slack off and play vidya instead of studying. Building a PC is not difficult as long as you pay attention. The only thing you can really screw up is installing the motherboard or not being careful with ESD
>>343333514
I used to hate tomatoes too. I mean, I still do really, I can't eat em alone but I love em on burgers and stuff.
>>343333603
Okay cool, I'm gonna order all the parts tomorrow most likely. How long, for those anons who have done this before, does it take for all the parts to arrive from, let's say, newegg?

I just saved that, I'm an AMERICAN
>Laptop for gaming
I'm a poorfag and I play PC games on a laptop, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you are playing games like Darkest Dungeon etc. Even if your laptop can handle the latest games they have awful heat management and you'll se it's performance drop in a year of so of heavy use.

Thanks for your input broham. I think I'll let this thread die now.
