Ritz is probably some demon trapped in hell trying to escape ? Doesn't really matter anyways, if you want happy thoughts you can guess Sakuri eventually turns in a demon herself and starts making friends with the locals.

ah right. I was thinking it was an endless cycle sort of thing
i.e. the Ritz in the main game used to be a human who ended up in hell, met a being called Ritz etc. etc. and at the end got turned into Ritz himself
then after Sakuri defeats him he can leave hell and Sakuri becomes the next Ritz
That was my impression, I may just be overanalysing things
