I struggled with tracer at first, kept running out of dash charges and getting killed.
Just gotta make sure you can dash away and hide somewhere while they recharge, also knowing EVERY health kit location and constantly grabbing all of them anytime you get below 120hp so you dont just blowup.
And for carrying you gotta just get on their backlines and kill healers 1st, tanks 2nd, dmg last.
And never die unless its for a big play.

That's weird m8. I went 5-5 and got rank 57. I played the last 7 games with my brother and his friend who were already placed though so we were playing guys around 50-54. My brother was placed at 52 and has worked his was up to 56. Shoulda seen his face when got placed at 57 lol

Oh I love my sister and I love seeing her playing the game, I'm not angry or anything, don't get me wrong.
She usually play on normal or the challenge of the week, only to have fun.
She didn' know about it and she thought it was just a new game mode.
She even plays more than I do, last time I opened a box, it was for level 37, I'm 55 now.I don't think I have enough will to play ranked and climb.

It's pretty funny how if you watch people in competitive Overwatch (yes i know but that's not the point) play Soldier 76 they generally kill people slower while using the visor since it forces bodyshots.
fyi KotH is bugged right now and you will only get a tiny amount of MMR loss or gains compared to the other two modes.
You might wanna avoid comp until Blizz fixes it, unless you like ripping out your hair in frustration.

Haven't finished placing but I'm 2/4 right now. I imagine I'll go 2/8 or maybe 3/7 because lolsoloqueue. I don't even care I just want some golden balls for Zenyatta. Maybe after the placement I'll get matched with better teams but I imagine the rating system isn't fine tuned to the point where it cares that I'm pulling 3-4 gold medals in every game I lose.

Its ridiculous, I was playing pub games with a group of 6 friends for the past weeks. The ranked happens and... they take it so seriously that they start to get furious at each other for 'making me lose ranks!' and now that group is totally ruined and splitted in 3.

But Competitive is not the place to do that. You're bringing the whole experience down for everyone.
Competitive is basically a place for those that want to take the game more seriously.
