It technically dose have MH but it's not localized, capcom have a deal with nitty to keep it on 3DS hardware in the west. The vita has plenty of great stuff, it just doesnt have brand power. DR is hardly the 'only' system seller. The 3DS was failing too until it got Pokémon. Handhelds are just fading away in general, and I won't be surprised seeing the Vita outlast the 3DS at this rate since it gets so many more games regularly.
