Okay this is driving me fucking crazy
I'm trying to unlock the framerate in Red Orchestra 2 and it won't go above 62.
I've gone into the .ini files, tried
>bsmoothframerate=True/False
>maxFPS=144
in both Documents/My Games/Ro2 and Steamapps/Common/Ro2
BUT IT'S STILL STUCK AT 60 FPS
PLEASE HELP ME

of particular note is that there's two entries in RO2Engine.ini, and apparently vsync has to be off as well
