The rest of those games are differing shades of mediocre. Risen 1 was alright, would not buy the rest, Fable is okay-ish if you just max and use everything, that sort of thing.
If you're okay with low production values and a general sheen of mediocrity, then no you're not getting duped. But don't go thinking any of those games are hidden gems or the like.
