FUCK yes. Just finished my c-stick mod for the N3DS XL using the PSP 1000, and it's so fucking much better than that rubber nigger that comes with it, that it's not even funny.
I'm hoping for some c-stick pro use, but if not, I'm gonna enjoy the fuck out of DQ7. Full mage party here we come.

I know IX has a button dedicated to recalling the last major plot point to happen, but how far you've progressed since then might be difficult to recall without a guide. The games can be pretty open ended at times, so leaving them for a long time might not be the best idea.

I haven't beaten DQ7, I kinda dropped it after getting stuck and have been meaning to come back to it eventually.
MY ADVICE TO ANYBODY LOOKING TO PLAY THIS GAME (PS1 or 3DS):
Buy a physical notebook and write down where the warps take you in the map rooms and write down where you found every map slab you find. You're likely going to get lost and you're going to need this information at some point when you have to backtrack because you're missing a slab from some place.
Been replaying IX solo to get ready for VII, and I forgot how fun this game was, shame alchemy is going to be a massive bitch to do since I can't just buy shit through the online store anymore

Which snes emulator do you use? I tried pocketsnes and another one from retroarch for DQ1&2. One ran fullspeed but with awful sound, the other had good audio but ran at 40-45fps
