Most of Stranglethorn was comfy but Booty Bay especially the Inn was maximum comfy. Winter zones in general were comfy also Winterspring was one of my favorite zones.

I think there were a few rogue related quests here and there but that was it.
They are also a required faction for The Insane title which basically requires you to be a rogue or have a rogue alt to farm the 1000+ lockboxes it required to hit exalted.
For me nearly every zone is comfy. I don't like the dark red zones like badlands, though.
My favorite type of towns are elven, draenic, trollish and tauren.
Fucking hate that the horde garrison is orcish, all the later-developed orc towns look like shit.

I would really love to see Blizzard take 5 years off, fire all of the high-functioning autists leading the WoW team, and reboot the game in a new engine with the old philosophies the game used to follow with regards to story and player interaction.

The sad thing is most of the devs with the right ideas in mind for MMOs don't have the proper funding which leads to half baked bullshit. There's a few coming out right now that have potential, but the graphics are dated and everything looks clunky as fuck. It's just too hard for anyone to do anything right at this point without the budget of WoW, but if it isn't WoW it can't have that budget.

Mages with engineering for the rocket boots could get anywhere. The only time they got beat was a time in Wrath (before 3.3.0 if I recall) was by priests because Levitate, so you could walk up any wall if it even had a slight angle.

When Nost first launched, me and a bunch of random people got fed up with no mobs to grind in Elwynn, so I suggested we go to IF airport to farm the never ending troll army. It was a good idea in theory, but then we got there and there weren't any trolls. It was still a fun journey.
For the most part I was proud of my vanilla WoW exploration, the only places I never made it to were the camp in Deadwind's mountains, the dwarven plane between Dun Morogh and Searing Gorge, and the Stonetalon Mountain with the "help me" message written in the ground. And the hidden ogre village in STV's mountains.

I don't care if I have to dig through piles of shit, I just like being in cities or worlds where people are RPing. It makes it feel more alive than a TTRPG, even if those are better if you care about quality.

Imagine Goldshire spread across the entire world but everyone has access to every spell and item in the game. I remember on one there was this one cunt who always covered himself in flashy effects and he god really pissy when anyone asked him to take them off.

I'd be happy if a new MMO had vanilla WoW graphics, especially if it meant they could make a larger and still mostly seamless world.
