Are there any games you really like, but can't stand the music? I enjoyed Persona 4, but the music made me want to fill my ears with cement so I'd never have to hear anything ever again.

After hearing it a few times, I got used to it, and now I enjoy it. My main quarrel was the Japanese girl singing in English. Some of the songs just weren't very good, like the opening. But in "Signs of Love," her English was fine to me.

No, I really enjoyed the game. There were only two tracks in the game I liked. The tune in the sauna and retro game dungeons. Aside from those and some of the more reserved tunes during some of the quieter scenes, I really don't like the pop music feel to it. The main battle theme was the worst, the singing in the back felt like a Brittany Spears tier song.

Yeah I played it. That demo was pathetic, it ended after barely getting a taste, which isn't enough for me to throw my money at the game (I tried the Trails in the Sky SC Evo demo the next day and damn, that's how you do a demo). I'll probably play it later.

Yeah I don't know why people like 3's vocal songs. Don't judge all of Persona on Persona 3 and 4 though, 1 and 2 are actually pretty good. 3 and 4 are basically a different series, the only things from the first two games that made it were the personas and I guess the highschool characters, but 1 and 2 weren't highschool sims and the highschools weren't important beyond the very beginning of the game. They're old fashioned, dark dungeon crawlers with appropriate music (except for the PSP version of the first game).

Accidentally made a bait thread I guess. Didn't realize people would get so bootyblasted because I didn't like the music in Persona 4. Here's another one then, Yoshi's New Island wasn't an amazing followup to the SNES original, but it was a fun romp for someone who enjoyed that game. The music though... my god. It sounds like something that'd come out of one of those baby toys you'd hang over a crib.

For one the bass sample sounds weirder in SFA2, the strings are too subdued and the brass sounds just a slight quieter, and the audio just sounds overall more compressed, and the melody instrument sounds a bit muddled like it's underwater as a consequence

DMC. Most of the standard combat themes are pretty bad. Lock and Load is awful, Taste the Blood is awful, The Time Has Come is kind of funny but also awful. Divine Hate has a pretty dope beat though. A lot of the ambient music and boss themes are pretty good though, but most of the time you're listening to the bad music.
