Usually there is a focus with what is wrong with the game, which many game developers dislike criticism with what makes the game unattractive, gives them more work to do,so they go to reddit for filtered, "positive" feedback, so they can do less work.
The thing with /v/ is that you will never know if its sarcasm or honest opinions on your game.
