Just seems like he wants to stay the course in this crucial moment for the company, the absolute worst time for Iwata to have gone, and then find a replacement because he has done nothing to make himself stick out like the previous two presidents. It's far too early to see how he's going to be driving the company. He's still enacting Iwata's contingency plans, and likely will be through 2016. After a year of his direction, it'll be fair to judge the guy.
