i ran my own guild back on molten for more than a year, it was full of brs and stuff but it was pretty low drama and we had fun, or at least i did. we never did clear icc though, we almost cleared sindy a few times but usually we didn't get past bql lol

we don't have an alliance side guild anymore (we used to, and i was in it but not very active) or i'd be in that instead since i only have one maxlevel horde compared to like 6 maxlevel alliance
we're doing naxx right now, no post-naxx gear allowed. we raid sundays at noon eastern time (server is eu though, i think it's like 6pm st). i got the bad end of a /roll last week to determine which of three druids stayed so i had to sit out, but i'll be there this sunday for sure. i should probably try and get some rep gear before then, my gear is hot garbage. i'm hruuf, g-d has an armory if you care

For what purpose, naxx was stupidly easy regardless of gear, I cleared it up to sapphiron with 8 member and only healers and all of us were in blues with still some t6 pieces.
Might as well clear that snoozefest as fast as possible and keep the challenge for ulduar and higher.
