PvP has been somewhat "casual" since BC, as you can do extremely well only playing 15-20 hours a week. Also "pandering" to me? Go eat a chode, they've been gutting pvp since vanilla (sorta, since getting high warlord just meant you played more than anyone else, nothing to do with skill, and you could theoretically get gladiator in BC from 10 games a week) let alone going super down hill since late Wotlk.
