Anyways, if we're talking about buffing her the fundamental issue with Mei is that here main attack method of freezing+icicle only ever works against lone wolf faggots and is completely ineffective against a decent team. Mei needs to have a greater damage output, or be made into more of a support by making freezing almost instant but nerfing the icicle. Her wall and ult are fine as it is though.

No one likes losing control of their character. This way, Mei is still doing her job of slowing the enemy team down but not in a way that makes you go "Oh, I can go for a pee now" since you'll be frozen for a couple of seconds and then die and then respawn.

Reaper's ability is an escape and it's not guaranteed healing too. Sure, you might be able to get to a heal pack but there's no telling if it's already taken or something. That's like comparing Tracer's blink ability to Mei's cryofreeze. Sure, she could POTENTIALLY blink all the way to a heal pack but that doesn't make it a healing skill.

Zenyatta needs a buff. He needs some kind of movement buff. Personally I think his movement speed needs to be higher. He's usually the first to die due to his absolute lack of escapes and puny HP, which means he's constantly walking back to the action over and over.
Higher movement speed might give him a chance to run away, or at least waste less time walking back to the fight.

Change her M1 so it's a cone instead of a line, get rid of the freeze on it, but have it add a cooldown to all mobility abilities (wraith, blink, charge, sprint, etc.). Keep the freeze for her ult but adjust it so it freezes after dealing 40% of the target's health instead of a flat 80. Nerf the wall so it's translucent and more fragile, but with a cooldown lower than the max duration so she can potentially have multiple walls up at once. And add the frozen floor movement speed thing, although apply it to everyone and not just allies.
Keep Mei exactly the same BUT when she freezes the floor, enemies can trip and fall on it. Chance of this happening doubles if you jump or use a movement ability.

Honestly I am just going to state my opinion on the matter, I usually switch to help balance out issues in the shit teams, but more importantly I used to fucking hate mei. Legit every single roadhog game she would freeze my ass and then the enemy team would stop the one man apocalypse. What I found over time is that being extra aggressive and taking out the mei first usually helps the situation, that or doing what I do, that and genji deflect baiting a mei into using her ult and reflect that shit to freeze her ass :^)
