Visually it's very similar but it isn't even close to the same type of game. It's closer to Gone Home than anything but it does have a lot more story/character than that.
If you like walking sims you'll probably like it. If not you won't.

It's alright. I like the exploring aspect of it, I found myself getting lost a lot. The story is for the most part mediocre. If you like first person exploration games give it a try.

Watched a let's play of it out of mild curiosity. Its so bad man... Don't bother with it. The voice acting is like garbage indie hipster dev twitter drool.
Also, I saw an interview with one of the developers who couldn't take his eyes of his own game during the whole interview. Didn't pay attention and just kept his eyes on the screen playing the game. So proud of himself. Fuck em.
When the interviewer casual mentioned the girls at the lake by saying "...pretty girls..." The developer didn't miss a beat in saying "How do you know they are pretty?" Like a fucking hero. Congrats on breaking all the molds by pointing out how edgy you are by putting fat chicks in your game to make a point that are barely even visible.
Save the money and buy any other game. Spare yourself.

literally the most disappointing ending of any game I've ever played. Nothing you do or choices you make even matter at all. There isn't even any game play you walk from point A to point B and that's it. I regret even torrenting it.
I liked it until the underwhelming ending. I'd recommend it at $10.

In the first half of the game seems to set up an interesting plotline and you make some heavy decisions.
Second half your counterpart said she didn't do anything about that and it fixes itself so you hunt the Illuminati

Decent dialogue, nice visuals, and an okay story.
I left it feeling pretty good. I pirated it, but I could definitely recommend picking it up on sale if you just want a story.
