Yeah, she was a load of bullshit at launch. The meteors fucking tracked you through multiple dodges and running. If I remember correctly, how I did it was I broke lock, ran like a madman, and dodged right as they were about to hit.

I don't know how people have trouble with a DPS check in BB of all games. The only difficulty is keeping your DPS up while avoiding the spiders.

I saved Kos for almost last, that screaming git killed me more than any other souls boss.
Never before have I been stomped so hard repeatedly to just come back fifty levels higher to school it, I'd say it is on par with The Nameless King.
Nothing is gimmicky either, but on the flip side there is no cheesing him. Just strong attacks and ten minutes or so of whacking the shit out of him.
I went off and did the Blood Queen bonus boss and by the time I beat all the chalices I was generically stronger in every way, enough to bring down Kos the next time.
Then Moon Presence lasted like seven seconds GG no RE.
I started a new playthrough as blood tinge and got all the weapons I needed for the build before realizing it is just the same shit again as a non-bloodtinge build.
I just assumed I was supposed to kill all the spiders before attacking Rom. It took a while, but I killed her on my first try without much problem. If you're patient, this is really one of the easier fights in the entire game.

I don't get this, Orphan of Kos and Nameless King gave me no problems in Bloodborne and Dark Souls 3 respectively.
Orphan of Kos was beat on my first try, Nameless King was beat on my 3rd or 4th.
